Oliver Group began as one man with a van and a preference for doing things properly. It is now a team, and the preference has not changed.

Reece Oliver founded the company after a decade on other people’s sites, having formed a clear view of which shortcuts cost more than they save. Everything here is run on that view: structure before finishes, a price you can read line by line, and a programme that survives contact with a Cornish winter.

We work across the county, from Penzance to Wadebridge, on houses and on commercial premises. Most of our work arrives by recommendation, which is both flattering and a constraint we build to.

We come and look. Measurements, levels, and an honest read of what the building will and will not allow.

A scheme and a price, itemised. You see the same sheet we build from — no allowance quietly hiding a decision.

Lines marked on the ground before a spade moves. Everything after this is checked back against them.

Making Good

The last ten per cent given the same attention as the first. Handed over clean, and guaranteed for ten years.
